Crazy Refrigerator FAN!!

Help! We have a 2010 23' Flying Cloud. Our refrigerator works fine, but...every now and then it sounds like it's going into Labor. It's awful and comes and wierd times of the day and night. I'm sure it needs to be replaced. Remembered reading about replacing with computer fans, but is there one in particular you all would recommend and is this something I can do by myself. I'm pretty handy, I think?

See replacement fan in my previous post:

Mounting holes match up with existing hardware on the OEM fan on our 2005, 19-foot Bambi, so swap out was an easy, direct replacement.

In Arizona heat, this fan runs almost continuously when camping; so I carry a spare. Every few years the bearings get noisy, and I just swap it out again, which only takes a couple of minutes.
