Chimney Cleaning

Is there any way to clean the fridge chimney without taking off the roof cap? I would like to get some kind of brush inthere from the bottom. any ideas?

You might try one of those long skinny flexible brushes used to clean the vent of a cloths dryer before it leaves the dryer itself.
