A little creative wiring and something like this
would be neat - that one does humidity, too. One way to do it would be to have two switches; one wired to that module and one directly to the fan (as an override). There are probably smarter ways to wire it up but that's probably the simplest method.

, although you'd want to find a supplier that will sell you just one or two.
