A little creative wiring and something like this would be neat - that one does humidity, too. One way to do it would be to have two switches; one wired to that module and one directly to the fan (as an override). There are probably smarter ways to wire it up but that's probably the simplest method.

There's also temperature sensors like these, although you'd want to find a supplier that will sell you just one or two.
