ammonia smell?????

Does ammonia smell mean that my frig is shot?

Don't let anyone in the trailer.

A sudden big blow of ammonia can kill, very quickly.

Open all the windows and let the cooling unit finish leaking.

You can probably get a new unit from PPL there in Texas, or a rebuilt unit from Jones in Illinois, if you don't want to mess with replacing the cooling unit. While not tough, it is not for the faint of heart.
