1964 Globtroter 19

How much trouble is it to replace a electric only refridge with a elec/gas model in a 19 1964 globtroter ?

Also may need a new A/c/ unit,

Steve

A '64 GT most likely had a gas connection when new...it should just be a matter of tapping into the gas lines under your trailer to re-connect a new one.

I have a 63 globetrotter and can't figure out how to remove the old refrigerator, does anyone know to remove it? I don't see any anchoring bolts.

With our '64, there were bolts into the wood skids that came up from under the floor. We had to go in through the belly pan vent and remove the bolts from underneath the trailer. I had to be a contortionist in order to get to them - Mr.InsideOut's arms/hands were too big.

Good luck!

My '64 was bolted through the floor. The fridge was a replacement, and someone had cut a square access panel in the belly pan, which made it a cinch (sort of) to remove.
