Anyone know if the black tanks on 1966's need to be removed from the top or can it be lowered from the bottom? Thanks John

The black tank can only be removed by going under the trailer, pulling the belly pan, and the removing the sheet metal box that holds it up under the floor. Unless your tear everything out from above, including the fiberglass tub surround, the toilet and the plywood floor, then you can get at it from the inside. But that's probably not the recommended route. Go from underneath.
