The switch for those combo vent/light units should be on the surface of the unit. At one end there's a hole in the lens for the crank that opens the vent, at the other there's a hole for the rotary switch that controls the lights.

Well, I've been fulltiming in her for 11 months now. Slowly fixing her up. Had to clean her all over. Changed the curtains, put new mirror tint on the windows. I haven't splurged on new tambour, but I did fix the bathroom a bit. I still need to replace the old toilet, but I've painted that re-bath stuff over most of it.
I know it's getting better, because my husband used to refuse to even enter the old girl, and now he will come stay with me in it. (It's my home while I'm deployed)
I'll try to post up pictures later.

I'd like to replace the tambour with the aluminum stuff, has anyone had any luck with that?
