Does anyone know what size the Black Water Tank is as pictured above? Also any ideas on where I can get a new dump valve?

13 gallons, according to the owner's manual.
don't know about the dump valve, but I do think they're available. you can also get "rebuild kits" for them, too. I got one from my local trailer supply store, but never used it. (the valve seemed to be leaking, but I tried some valve lubricant to fix it, first, and that worked. hasn't been a problem since).

Dinette Inspirations
Kevin,
Here's some inspiration for the wrap-around dinette. I've had some time the last week so I've been knocking it out as I can.
I'll fill in the faces with 1/4" oak plywood and eventually trim them out with oak molding. The seats will be framed with 7/8" plywood (not shown) and will be hinged for maximum storage. I will build a table the same way and use matching laminate from the galley.

Looks great Ron. I have mine semi-framed but the floor rot put a hinder on my progress. I have a guy welding new crossmembers on as we speak. Can't wait to get it back later this week to start on the flooring and then on to finishing the dinette.

Kevin,
Looking very nice! Look forward to seeing in Hiawassee. Don't know that mine will be quite as finished as yours by then, but we'll see.
New axles are in the bed of my pick-up as I write and I hope to have them installed this weekend, by Monday at the latest. (I picked them up in Monticello, GA yesterday.)

Chuck,
You are correct, I did not order shock mounts. This is what I did.
(I purchased 4 new shocks from InlandRV.)

Chuck - I had Dexter include the shock mounts from the factory. I just have to provide the shocks. I will get you my measurments once I drop it off for the install. I will also get the dinette measurements for you.

kneal,
What was your source for the pedestal of your dinette? I assume it un-attaches easily so that your table top can be taken off and lowered for a front bed?
Thanks much...

dmroot,
They can be found at most camping stores as well as online. They also have the flush mount which allow you to throw a rug over them when you're not using the table. The seem to be about as sturdy as the pedestal.
I paid about $6.00 for the pedestals. The post was about $7-$8 (I think).

Hey, I like these! How far did you have to screw into the floor? Thanks, Pam

Pam,
I went all the way through and fastened them with T-nuts on the underside (but my belly pan is still down up front).
I would use #12 wood screws about 1-3/4" long otherwise. You do have to be aware that there are steel crossmembers that need to be taken into consideration when positioning a flush mount pedestal.
