Great pictures Nelson.

Do you need to have a 4x4 tow vehicle to do the caravan?

That is not a requirement i see lots of folks up here with 1/2 ton 2 wheel drive. I would think 4X4 is an added luxury if one wanted to take some side trips like the Demepster Highway. However i would think it would be a personal preference. I tend to like the 3/4 ton 4X4 just in case i ever need the additional power, taking note i have never used the 4X4 option up here. Hopefully that will help you. It's a beautiful trip, well worth the adventure.
This was taken in Haines, AK.

Sounds great Nelson. Thanks. Keep those pictures coming. I'm getting inspired.

Btw....say high to Frederic and Bev (Eddie Bauer) from John and Susan in Los Osos.

We have at least 4 1/2 ton trucks pulling Airstreams on our caravan, and one, our travel buddy, is a Ford F150 EcoBoost pulling a 30' . Every hill we go up I look back in my mirrors and he's right there with me and my 2500 Ram Diesel.
