Winter Storage Places in Southern Half of the US

I live in Ontario, and I'd like to winter store my 2014 Flying Cloud in weather that I can pick it up in January or February and use it in the southern states for a couple of weeks to a month, bring it back to that spot, re-winterize it, drive home and pick it up again in the spring to use it in the northern US and Canada. I have family in NE Tennessee,and so any area around there is preferred, but safety, security, cost, how much winterizing is needed, are all factors to consider.

Does anyone know of, or better yet, have good experiences of leaving your beloved AS with a winter storage facility far away from home "down south" for the winter? If so, where??

January and February are ice and snow times for KY and TN. You'd probably have to go to at least northern GA to avoid the really bad weather. The mountains in northern TN on I-75 can be especially nasty and freezing rain is common in KY and TN at that time of year.

I store mine about 23 miles from my home. The storage lot is small but I've never had any problems there. It's just a parking space, no cover. They have open spots right now but they'll be full when fall arrives. It's stored in Georgetown, KY off I-75. Storage Rentals of America, Connector Rd, Georgetown, KY (formerly SPS storage). About $59 a month

In Louisville, KY off of I-64 heading to Lexington is a privately owned place with uncovered, covered and enclosed storage. I have no idea what they charge but it looks like a really nice place, just too far away for me.

Here is what we came home to this past February 16, about 15". The storm was from northern KY to central TN.

Mystic Springs Cove, the Airstream park just north of Pensacola (in McDavid FL). I believe the amount charged is $1/day if it is not in an assigned spot where there are hookups available. Telno is 850-256-3280. It is located just 5 miles south of the Georgia-Florida state line.
