I'll try this again since the photo that I posted earlier seems to have developed an allergy to cyberspace -- or something. I found the two photos posted below in my archives -- they are similar to the one that I posted earlier, but I have no idea where I acquired them as they were in a folder that hadn't been accessed for several years.
This was one of two landmarks that told me that I was nearing the community where I started my teaching career (750 miles from my home). This one was among the more well-know of the two.
The third photo at the bottom is the other landmark -- it is approximately 12 miles West of the first landmark and only 8 miles from my destination (that old limestone water tower sure was a welcome site on more than one snowy witner night).

I worked at Duane Arnold energy center several times including the last refit. Recently I stayed at the campground. Interesting - The place looks like you could walk in and turn the key on!! I really enjoyed the Italian wines and restaurants in the foot hills.
