Lighter is better and less is more when provisioning for Airstream travel, in my opinion. We keep camping and cooking very simple in order to meet this maxim, and it's amazing how well and creatively we can prepare an awesome meal on the road. We take a favorite pan and skillet and then add a very small skillet. I also have a steam kettle for hot water as needed. This does us. IF we knew we were having to cook a dish for a crowd, then I'd pack along the large chicken frying skillet or tall spaghetti pan, whichever would be needed. We keep all cookware low in the trailer, in low drawer under cabinet or under dinette seats. Stacking pans drive us nuts, assembling and disassembling-argh! I keep breads or bakery goods in the oven.
