They need the high pump prices to pay the mega bonuses to the few at the top.

Those won't be cut but they are planning to layoff 4,000 workers.

Prices around the low $1.70's in Grand Junction. Wholesale gas was $1.02 Friday and crude was down below $30. With more Iranian oil on the market, it will probably go down more.

Since Congress permitted the sale of US crude overseas, the difference between London and NY prices has disappeared. For years London has been substantially higher than NY. We don't notice it now because oil keeps dropping, but it would be even cheaper here if Congress didn't do what the oil companies wanted (Congress always has).

It's scary the oil prices at 26 per barrel and still falling after a high of 110 per barrel. I wonder if the middle east countries, have started war, by disrupting the worlds financial markets? Or did we start it, with an aggressive shale oil campaign? Just thinking out of the box. Sorry for the highjack.
