$3.35-$3.75 in Michigan Did I hear 29 states were in line to pass a law against gas gouging but expected that it will be vetoed as it amounts to regulation? Also heard truck owners were to write their senators about the push for smaller and more fuel efficient vehicles which could lead to unsafe vehicle limits/capacities/conditions on road for truck usage, something along that line...?

Whatever the price of gas is, it's taking a toll on some people.

$55.75 to fill up my truck. A '93 Jimmy.

Where did my paycheck go?

Hi, while running on fumes, at Casini, I paid $104.00 for a tank of premium fuel for my Navigator. Four tanks of fuel for a weekend trip to be with my forum friends at Casini Ranch, but worth it. Once at Casini my Miles to Empty meter said that I have 20 miles to empty: It was about seven miles to the nearest gas station. On the way home, leaveing another campsite, my Miles to Empty meter hit Zero miles to empty about one mile before I got to the nearest gas station. Too close for comfort; Maybe I need to drink more [not alcohol] liquids so I will have to stop more often!

Up here in Canada in my area (Ottawa, ON) it's around $3.86 usd/gallon. We're paying around $1.10 Cdn/litre, so did a quick conversion.

Not uncommon though to pay up to $4.20 usd/gallon, and other places it's higher.

6 weeks and 7000 miles of travel

20+ states

diesel from 2.55 to 3.20...

the high price was in the high headed rocky state...

where i managed not to spend one penny just because.

low was in tenn where i actually found lsd NOT ulsd at one truck stop....weird.

one tank of alien bio-d (b20) in oregon, my first. it worked fine.

most states had low test gas at 10-20 cents over diesel.

seems there are fewer rvs on the roads and in rest stops this year....

i like it!

cheers

Joe, IIRC, Ford will only warrant their outsourced PSD if you keep the veggie oil to less than 5%. While I like the idea of renewable resources, I don't like the idea of putting my warranty in jeopardy. I guess I'm too chicken to try the enviro stuff.
