Anyway, I'm thinking of ordering this new SUV. Mercedes-Benz reveals the G63 AMG 6×6, a six-wheel-drive luxo SUV | Motoramic - Yahoo! Autos

Do you think it would be able to tow an Airstream?
I'm thinking if you get your A/S that far off the ground, you might have a few issues when landing..
But I would bet that rig could pull most anything.

...as long as you can keep the number of take-offs and landings equal, and you can walk away from the landings, life will be good.

"Still can't figure why diesel costs more than regular...?"

Was told a few years ago as to the reason Diesel is more expensive. Refineries produce more gasoline for use here in the States, because of demand. Diesel is imported from some other country. Because of lower demand for diesel fuel, refineries aren't under any pressure to produce more of it.
But, even if you drive a gasoline powered car, how do you think the gasoline was delivered to your local fueling station? A diesel powered semi.....
How do you think the goods in your local grocery, local Wally World, local ANY retailer was delivered, a diesel powered semi.
So, when you really don't care about how high diesel fuel prices are, because you drive a gasoline powered vehicle, remember, that higher diesel price IS affecting you too.

This is the second 'thread' in less than a week where I have seen a 'moderator' issue a warning to the participants over content. Have these 'threads' always been mointored this way? I've been a member for four years and this is the first time I have ever noticed it. I looked in the FAQ today for guidelines concerning this matter but was unable to find what I was looking for. I have to admit in four years I have gained very good knowledge here on many subjects and in doing so there were a number of different opinions given in many different ways. And I thought the process was very healthy. Now I get the feeling like 'big brother' is looking over everyone's shoulder and if you slightly lean towards what they refer to as a 'political' view then you are issued a warning. Maybe it has always been this way and I just never came across a situation until this week. I'm sure I will 'quickly' be straightened out here :-)

Staff responsibilities are explained here: Forums 101 - posting, accounts, basics - Page 2 - Airstream Forums

We are fine with opinion expression as the exchange of knowledge is what drives this forum. Historically topics such as politics, religion, and weapons usually turn vitriolic and are therefore covered in our Community Rules.

A show about Canadians driving south to Florida for March Break (school holiday) said that Georgia has the highest gas prices in all of the US.

Is that true?

(sorry for the off-topic stroll here, curiosity got to me!)
