Gas & Diesel prices

Yesterday I paid $3.24 for diesel and $2.96 for regular in Suwanee, GA, (near Atlanta). Sure nice to see prices going down and hope that it continues.

prices down, for now

Yes, I hope prices go down too; however, I read a disturbing headline with regard to a political motivation for the reason why - signing us off as the petro-currency. Supposedly that will allow for manipulated lower prices in the short-term but have devastating effects in 6 months or so. The article does not state what the new petro-currency will be but whoever gains their currency as the trade dollar gets a discount as we have for many years. The article refers to China but leaves that part unanswered. I want to camp now!

I was in South Carolina yesterday. Paid $2.70 in Aikin when I filled up. $3.11 today on the South Side of Atlanta. Damn those tax hungry politicians. Just my opinion, of course.

Yawn.. Lucky devils... We're still $4.57 here in Gerlach, NV... over a buck 20 over prices 80 miles away. I doubt they'll change the prices until after next weekend (holiday week ya know...)

Hi, the prices have dropped some, but not as low as some of you are paying. [my vehicles use premium] Maybe the taxes have something to do with it.

$3.15, Regular, Rockport, TX.

Gotta be because of some planetery alignment issue or because of something other than because they can do it to us...

Times are tough.

Hi, today while I was getting gas for my wife's car, a lady pulled next to the pump on the opposite side of me. I was there already pumping before she drove up and she was long gone before I was done. Being curious, I looked at the meter on her side, and was shocked to see how much gas she bought!
