From what I have been told, Florida oranges are used primarily for orange juice and California oranges are used for eating. I don't know why unless the Florida ones are juicer because of the extra rain the usually get and the texture of the California ones are easier to eat (meatier). Like I said, I don't know if that's not the reason.

Unleaded is down to $1.889 and diesel is $2.359 in our area. Holding steady despite recent upswing in price per barrel. I am going to go out on a limb and say that by the end of the summer we will be paying $1.599 or less for unleaded and under $2.00 for diesel. Am I crazy or just delusional after the recent downward trend in fuel prices?

Hi, $2.47 for premium yesterday and $2.55 today; Glad I tanked up yesterday.

Paid $2.29 in CT yesterday because I didn't have time to run over the line to Mass which is usually .10-.20 cheaper. Diesel was at $2.79

Price jumped $.11 on Friday! Why is it we have an abundant supply in reserve and the per barrel price increased, what a couple of $$ last week, and suddenly we have a major jump in price? That oil won't make it to the market for 6 months. That increase was for oil futures. No wonder Exxon-Mobile is raking in the profits...although that increase was at the Race-Trac at the interstate.
