She's very busy with a new job, last I heard from her.

I miss her wit.

Maybe we will entice her to do a post or two for her Forums friends.

Maybe the old saw applies right now:

"When you are to you are up to your backside in alligators, it is hard to remember the mission was to drain the swamp." or words to that effect.....

ooooooo.....feel the love, baby.

I've been chasing some contrails for the vintage aviation rag. You know what I've discovered? If you're in a hangar and you see an old guy limping, you've found one 'ell of a good story!

Can't think of anything else particularly witty right now, Maggie - but how about some photos of our gorgeous coastline from the cockpit of a WW2 Harvard trainer?

Beautiful, FaN!

Maybe let us know what you've been up to when you get a minute.

Take care,

Maggie

Welcome to the Breakfast Show.......

"Up to your backside" .......strange, I thought it was something else 😬😇

But, she is very busy and at some point will return......our job is to post interesting stuff in the meantime...

Mmmmm......let's see, breakfast......espresso, yes, that is it...at least two double to get things going. Oh, this reminds me of what some folks think is great coffee...Tim Hortens...and a "double double ". That is two creams two sugars in your coffee. Love it.

Now that I have wasted some of your time, any thoughts on what we should talk about here? What is your favorite breakfast?

Hot Lipton tea in a huge mug and sympathy. I'm basically allergic to mornings... 😄

I get up early to read all the emails and do system updates, so I have two cups of coffee while doing that. Each one is about 16 oz.

Timmie's secret is 18% cream. That'll take the edge off of even the most wretched coffee. Their coffee never stands in the pot longer than 20 minutes, so it is never "burnt". It passes my ultimate coffee test: "can I drink it black?" Nasty coffee needs help, i.e. cream and sugar, to get it down.
My fave breakfast would include espresso coffee, double double, a Denver omelette, biscuits with sawmill gravy and Jimmy Dean sausage patties.

Hi, I don't understand why, but my wife calls my iced tea and coffee "Sugar Water".

I love having MsMoto at the head of the Breakfast Show table!

My favourite breakfast (unhealthy): toasted bacon and catsup sandwich.
My favourite breakfast (healthy): smoked salmon, kale, and egg-white omelet.

Carry on, MsMo!

I really like the stuff that she brings, like hints on fixing things, but particularly the photos. The one of Lily is just beautiful. Jim

And that reminds me how much I miss the postings by TinCrumpet. But I find that this thread, and Maggie's threads, are helping a bit to fill the void. Jim
