I really enjoy the Breakfast Show, it is open 24/7 and it always a good place to come and relax. Not a lot of controversy and always a place to look for an interesting or witty story about travel, or some other antidotal material. You never know what you are going to find when you arrive, but it will be entertaining to say the least.

Fan, keep up the good work, as well as those of you who frequent and are contributing participates at/in the Breakfast Show. Kudos to all.

ahhhh, Dennis. You are too kind.

Thank-you.

I've always maintained that The Breakfast Show would just be a soggy bowl of cornflakes without the contribution of many.

Rock on.....

To recognize the fact the last of this gang has passed, I think we should remember what happens after breakfast in the good old days?

Welcome to the Breakfast Show.......

I blame Canadian bad behavior as being learned from Americans, as when Detroit won the 1968 World Series, and the following 'celebration' was easily viewed in Windsor on theAmerican TV stations.....

Poor Alice. It was either a dance or trip to the moon. She got to work with some of the greats. Jim

One of these days, pow, right in the kisser.... Laughs were generated with no foul vocabulary back then. I really miss the likes of Jackie, Bob Hope, Jack Benny etc.

For some reason—can't remember what the reason was—I thought of the breakfast shows of years ago on the "radio". You may remember radio— it happens when the picture on the TV doesn't work.

Dorothy and Dick was a very popular breakfast radio show. Supposedly D&D entertained people while we all ate breakfast. Dorothy was Dorothy Kilgallen, an acerbic woman who also appeared on What's My Line? Dick was her breakfast victim. Those were the days of acerbic radio couples who bickered for the public's amusement. One show was even called The Bickersons. Later came morning shows with comedy teams like Bob and Ray. These days we have shock jocks. Did/do any of these couples reflecting what marriage is really like?

Now the news networks in the US have a variety of morning couples. MSNBC has Mika and Joe and a bunch of other guys who hang out with them, but are there any other women? CNN has a threesome—2 women, one guy. Fox has a threesome too, but one woman and two guys. Today has lots of people and all the women look alike to me. Most of these couples/threesomes/etc., don't bicker much like in olden days and aren't very interesting to me. News is an afterthought.

All of this may say something about the changes in US culture. I suppose I am being too serious.

Sorry, haven't been posting much lately.

Friends, please feel free to pull a chair up to The Breakfast Show table and keep it going for me.

What have I been doing? Trying to V2 a gourmet-food product.

They say I need a "business consultant." I have found that business consulting is a business in itself. Man, they aren't cheap. One could go "out of business" before they even get "into business."

I doubt if the FaN will get much roadtime this year. Maybe one or two days away at my favourite local campgrounds. I'm sure not selling out. The FaN is still my escape pod - even if it's just sitting on the driveway. If and when my product is launched, I would like to purchase another Airstream as a promotion vehicle. Yippee!

I guess I'll have to call that one

Hi, FaN not traveling? You'll have more time to keep us updated on your new adventure. Maybe I should have waited for breakfast time, tomorrow morning, to post this.

Hey FaN,
What's up with this "business consultant"? You seem like a pretty savvy chickadee.
They will just take your profits and try to steal your soul.
We need you on the road telling us great stories!

Hi, on second thought, it must be breakfast time somewhere; Just not where I am right now.
