Yes - have a round-trip ticket on my friend's airline. Sure hope he is our pilot!
Good point about protecting that intellectual copyright. I did TM my corporate name.

Okay then, FaN, let us know what to watch for and when.
Sounds like a great adventure for you.
Keep us posted,

Post photos of the "unveiling" when it happens so that we can share in the excitement.

I was hoping for a "reality" show—perhaps selling the product to ice road truckers in Inuvik, a new series with York boats in Manitoba delivering the product to remote villagers, or maybe one of those back country pilot shows in Alaska.

That's good, but (and of course Gene can advise you much better on this) write out a detailed description of the idea/show/whatever it is, and mail it to yourself.

I was thinking maybe she is going to be on "Shari Tank"....but she said it wasn't a reality show.....and that's a reality show, isn't it? I've never watched it.
Going to be a mystery adventure, right here on AirForums.

Cheering for you FaN. A Gourmet Food Product originating in the world renowned Fraser Valley, where there is no shortage of fine competition, which means the bar is already really high for producing a good product, has a most excellent chance of being a winner. But when you throw in the marketing advantage of having a Corporate Head Office in an Airstream, hove to beside a manure pile near a barn, it has got to be a sure fire winner. Quality accompanied by spin creates cash. Jim

Hi slow,
I forgot to mention that I had to leave my position with the Coroner. The competition was too stiff.

Bob, I tend to agree with you. I am not star-struck over this one iota.
Too bad we couldn't meet up.

For the record....I, for one, do not worry that FaN will get herself into a bad situation out there in Hollywood-land.
She is far too intelligent and wordly-wise, is my impression.
She will be careful and thorough, looking before she leaps. It's what she does.
Details, tho.....details would be nice. Just a few.
Most of us here don't even know what this product is you are peddling out there, FaN, and it would be nice if you would share.
Good luck, regardless. We all wish you the best.

My companion on this junket is the wordly one - literally. He just retired after 30 years with the airline. He is an invaluable friend, advisor, and critic.
Thanks for your good wishes too, Maggie. It's always a relief to see you here on the forums.

They said I will meet some "celebrities" - except I wouldn't recognize most of today's "celebrities." They might as well be my Uncle Joe from Moose Jaw, for all I know.
But, am taking the camera, just in case, Pagey. Will post some photos. (I am allowed to do that after, apparently).
Sure would have loved to have met George C. Scott. What a h*ll raiser and actor.

Jim, I love the smell of manure in the morning; it is the smell of victory.

It can be anything you want it to be, Msmoto.
