Website for towing and road conditions

Does anyone know of a website that will provide the road grade and other data necessary to tow in challenging areas such as mountains?

This one is the first one we came across when researching our first trip to Colorado. It's straight to the point and may be somewhat scary since it's very blunt. As one that is scared of heights, I was very apprehensive. Towing is part of our business and have been over many mountain passes dating back to the late 70's. It's different when your bringing your home with you. So you pay particular attention. Slow and easy.

Every state has a website dedicated to travel conditions, road closures, construction, etc. Just google travel conditions for whatever state you are going to be traveling through. I pull campers for a living and these sites are tools that I use all the time. Here is a link to the Montana site but like I said all the states have similiar sites. Montana Traveler Information Hope this is what you are looking for.

I use an app for my android called Allstays and besides having great RV camping and travel info, it includes info about road grades and low clearances. Allstays

I installed the Allstays app. Love it. Used it on our last trip in August to Colorado. Thx for the tip.

I have used Allstays for some time now. It is great in many ways and has become my most used travel tool.
