Watkins Glen SP

We'd like to go next week and right now there is one 30' electric campsite open. We have a Flying Cloud 28. It is site 51. I have heard that it is sometimes tricky to maneuver a bigger trailer in this campground. Would one of the non-electric loops be better? We have a couple of honda 2000's which we haven't really exercised yet and it doesn't look like it's going to be too hot next week.

Any thought - should I grab the 30 amp site or go for one of the other loops?

Thanks.

Richard

I can't answer that but it is a great park. Nice pool, nice walk down the canyon.

It's not the length of the sites, it's all the trees along the roads that can make it tight backing in. Makes no difference on which site, it's all the luck of the draw.

Check out the Cannoli Connection in town for desserts. YUM!

oh well, too late. We went to dinner and when we came back the site was already taken.
So I guess we'll get to exercise our generators after all.

Agree 100%. It is the nicest pool I have ever swam in.
