Deb, Fort Pickens is a National Park not State. I have the Federal Access Pass, it is free to disabled. You get free access to federal parks and usually 1/2 off camping fees. Unfortunetly Florida does not honor it. Some states do.

Hither Hills SP -- Montauk NY
Hither Hills SP is at the eastern end of Long Island NY right on the ocean, which is just to the left of the flagpole and bath houses in this shot. Normally booked solid for the summer, we lucked out with a couple of nights via their daily waiting list.
The big fifth wheel next door is one of the camp rangers' summer residence.
Good to be back on the road again!

This is " private camping" at it's best. This is a SF lot on Orcas Island with views north and maybe a 200' elevation. The lot has water, ele and sewer, privacy and (obviously) great views. Owners have done a great job with this 1 site RV campsite.

Woke up to this view this morning. Boondocking with the SECU Caravan in route to the International. We were flooded out of our campground yesterday. Fayatteville, WV.

We came to Saratoga Spring, NY to catch the Jazz Festival! Great weekend! Saratoga is a great area and we couldn't have been luckier with the weather.
