Trip Planning software for iPad
I am looking for a recommendation for software that routes your trip, including campgrounds including mileage, points of interest etc.
Thanks

The easiest thing is to go online and use Good Sam's Trip Planner, it's free and you get to control the campground range along your route. Of course, there's plenty of advertising and promotion for their campgrounds, but you can control what you see/include on your route.

I use the Good Sam trip planer. It down loads directly to my Rand McNally RV GPS. Like all GPS based routing double check on an up to date alternate map for accuracy. GPS does lie!

Is there a way to tell the GoodSam app how far you want to drive in a day so it can show available campgrounds in that area?

I went to that link and you have to pay for a GSC membership. The only time I use RV Parks is on my 2 week vacation. I would need to stay at 6 or 7 parks to break even. The rest of the year I go to COE parks and use my Federal Senior pass.
What I'm using to plan my trip is AllStays for campgrounds, Google Maps and Earth, Gas Buddy.

True, it is one of many benefits of membership. AllStays is also a pay app. I have the Federal Access Pass. Best freeby I have ever gotten from the government. I have saved hundreds of dollars using it.

Roadtrippers is AMAZING!
Roadtrippers.com
It tracks mileage, gas usage and cost, and distance between locations.

Can a Canadian buy a Federal Seniors Pass? We have passes for our National Parks. Wonder if there's a reciprocal arrangement?

You can also try an app called "Waze". It is just road & route info, but quite helpful.

Be careful using Waze in cities; it can suggest routes that are really not "Airstream friendly"-- like narrow, windy short-cuts through neighborhoods like mine just to avoid traffic.
