Traveling: CA36 & CA299

Traveling from Susanville to RedBluff on CA36 and traveling from Redding to McKinelyville on CA299. I may now travel through mid-Feb, Any steep passes? I imagine that it will be snowing but I'm interested in how conditions are for pulling a trailer along these two routes.
Tks, John

I purchased a copy of the Western Mountain Directory from Camping World after my neighbor shared his copy with me. This will answer many questions pretaining to steep grades/passes whille traveling out west.
