There may be some, but if one knows what one wants, it's mainly a matter of time versus distance.
50-mph for all miles
300-miles per day
15" break every two hours or 100-miles
60" break after four hours.
I prefer to combine the 60" minute break with fuel and lunch. I also prefer to start and end the day early (but no more than a half hour before dawn).
With a travel speed of 58-62/mph the days travel is over soon enough. It's not ever a race.
Safety is first (the above is close to rules for professional drivers).
Thus to arrive at a particular time, work backwards from that destination using the above. Plan the rest area breaks plus lunch and fuel the night before. This has worked pretty well for us the past fifty years.
As to campsites, RV Park Review, Allstays, etc, are a start. See also threads about states or Parks you want to visit. Plenty there.
