Trailer Storage in Steamboat Springs area

Hi, I've been able to get answers or help on this forum for just about everything I've encountered so far in our new experience with Airstreamin'... so here goes another.

We plan to take our new-to-us 1999 30' AS to the Steamboat area in early June. After a week of camping at the Steamboat Lake park, we want to store it in the area - with the TV - as we plan to fly back up multiple times over the summer. Then, before the first snow, we'll bring it home to Houston. (We're not retired, so we can't afford the transit time)

We're looking for storage from June thru September - the closer to the Hayden airport, the better. Not necessarily enclosed, but preferably covered. I've gotten some quotes for open 'pole-barns' in the area of Craig. This is probably acceptable. Anybody else know of anything? Private individuals looking to make some income off of excess barn storage?

Its a shot in the dark, but what the heck.

You might try the Hayden Airport Authority for either leasing or a possible sublease of an availabe airplane hanger. Some airports allow storage of RV's but most do not allow them due to the weight. It's one shot in the dark. Another might be placing an ad in the Steamboat newspaper to rent space in a rancher barn. A notice could also be placed in the general store at the marina at Steamboat Lake and in other general stores close to Pearl Lake State Park etc.
Good Luck, please make a post if you find success.
