I saw Rodney a week or so ago. He dropped by; we talked; he helped park a couple of Airstreams; in the end, he gave me a passing grade for parking the big one.

Im alive
Its been kind of a rough summer with the job market and all and I haven't been shooting much and haven't even been on line very often. To be honest its kind of hard to be positive at times and I am trying not to spread negative thoughts any more than I need to.
I am in Las Vegas at Story Lake State Park through Friday and then I start toward Phoenix for a confrence next week. The great shaking mystery has finally been solved: it turns out you can literally run the wheels off a truck. Don't ask how close I came to doing just that. Of course the Ford dealer in town wanted to replace the clutch instead, but luckily, I found a better mechanic.
Anyway, thats all the news.

Hey, Rodney, good to hear from you.
You've got to remember that life is a series of ups and downs---you enjoy the ups and then just hang in there through the downs. We all have them. One foot ahead of the other, doing what you need to do, it will all settle down over time if you do your part. Find the positives in every day and hold them tight.
Take care,
Maggie

Rodney
I am happy to hear that you are doing well. Had not heard anything for so long I was wondering what happened. The job market is not great, but I am sure it will improve.
Best of luck.

Glad to hear the truck problem is solved. I don't have anything to say about the job market because you already know about it and what to do. It's a major pain to look for a job.
If you are traveling through our part of Colorado, let us know. We'd love to see you. We'll probably be home through August as we've traveled enough for a while and will be home on Monday.

Add both ball joints to the list of repairs
You know, this truck only has a quarter million miles on it and its falling apart already. I guess thats to be expected.

Lucky for you it's red. The other colors only last 200,000 miles.

Well crap!
The repairs did not fix the problem, now I am in Albuquerque looking for a mechanic. At least Enchanted Trails is reliable. Anyone know a good mechanic I can go to?
