We have a 28' and long bed pickup. Never towed with a short bed..never been a problem..I do all the backing..guess it is what you get use to. Love the space for 2 and a puppy and plenty of storage.

In two years I have gone from a 1990 25 Excella to a 1999 27 Safari and now a 1995 25 Excella. I found no difference in towing or backing with my Tundra. I only moved back to the 25 Excella for the panoramic windows and wood interior, something both my wife and I missed with the Safari.

We've had the 27FB for three years now and absolutely love the floorplan. We also like the EB's.

We have a 25' and it is great but I keep wishing we had the 27' twin beds with rear bath. To me, the perfect plan! But isn't the grass always greener on the other side? :0 )
