Ha! You sure piqued my interest with this post...Strawberry Park, huh?!

Strawberry Park near here is a Hot Springs near Steamboat Springs. I thought "they have camping now? WOW!".

When we first came to CO 20 years ago, we went there one late afternoon. Beautiful setting & lovely natural hot spring pools. We just scurried down the hillside to relax without reading "the rules". What we failed to notice was that it is "clothing optional after dark". No problem, except some people's interpretation of "dark" is different than my own!

I had to wash my eyes out after that experience...I didn't know you could pierce that or those - and I am not a prude by any means!!

Blue Grass Festival

I usually go to the Blue Grass festival they have each year a Strawberry Park, and always have had a great time. It is a nice place to camp. Unfortunately this year I couldn't make. Oh well there is next year.
PS love the campfire picture
Happy camping nm1oqrz

Oh my - a) not THAT Strawberry Park...we're in CT and b) don't let the pic fool you, that's just shorts! :fully clothed: :-)

I guess an optional point c) on piercings would be, just because you CAN pierce THAT or THOSE doesn't mean you SHOULD :-) but hey, knock yourself out, kids! :-)

Thanks. It is a really neat place. Kind of like the Manhattan/NYC of camping as there are TONS of folks semi-densely packed, vibrant conversation all around and boatloads of activities going on. It's much different than say Recompense in Freeport Maine where you're boondocking on the bay in near silence. I love 'em both and everything in between. It's. camping!! :-)
