The winds are blowing like mad here; talked to people that have come into our KOA that white-knuckled all the the way from Gallup.

High wind advisories all over western Colorado and eastern Utah today. Winter weather coming south, winds and warm temps going north. Snow tonight and tomorrow, but in the mid 50's now. Wild spring weather all over lately. March came in like a lamb and is going our like a lion (originality award self bestowed).

Pretty much the same over here: Winds blowing like crazy; white precipitation in the forecast; warm again by tomorrow late.

I like the spring just because I know that winter is now history. But I still look forward to summertime.

So much dust has been kicked up by the wind, I can't see across the valley—that means the usual 40-50 mile views are down to about 10.

Saw a couple of prarie dogs about 50' off the ground in a cloud of dust trying to dig their way back down.
