I'm thinking there's a job to be had at the North Dakota Visitors' Bureau, in the PR department.

Come on, peeps from ND, give us your sales pitch!

I have not visited approx. 25% of the States though some of the highly populated ones are at the bottom, or out of sight, on my wish list. The States I have missed are:
Arizona
New Mexico
Texas
Oklahoma
Louisiana
Mississippi
Arkansas
Alabama
The Virginia's
North Carolina
Washington DC
Rhode Island
New jersey
Delaware
Maryland

In 2010 Sue (Frank and Sue) were trying to arrange a "Flat Front" motorhome gathering in Albuquerque for fall of 2011 to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the CLIPPER. My plan was to proceed east from there to Florida possibly for a winter stay. Frank/Sue had some family health problems and sold their Clipper and interest dissipated. I am still waiting for a good reason to visit all the southern States.

Wallace, Idaho is the "center of the universe."
They also have an old silver mine tour.
Coeur d'Alene is beautiful, too.

We love Acadia National Park in Maine!

I've been to every state and have flown about 7.5 million miles mostly the USA. Every state has something to offer. Hell, even Indiana has Terra Haute!

What about the Badlands in South Dakota? Kind of a neat place in a desolate, moonscape sort of way. In Idaho, take route 21 from Stanley to Boise (or vice versa) in good weather. Beautiful! Can't think of anything too exciting in Kansas or Nebraska, but there's something serene about driving through the heartland, especially at dawn or dusk, and seeing nothing but crops to the horizon.

To get from MN to Glacier National Park in MT? ;-)

We stopped at Theodore Roosevelt Nat'l Park in ND this summer on our way from Mn to Glacier and quite enjoyed it. The ND Badlands are cool to see.

Indiana has a vintage RV museum and the Auburn/Cord/Duesenburg museum.

Kansas: The big ball of Twine is worth about 5 minutes...but all around it is peace and quiet with Waconda lake and Glen Elder State Park/reservoir. If you are a hunter, Pheasant season is not to be missed in that region. A bit south of there close to I-70 is Lake Wilson, with State and Federal camp grounds, and the small town of Wilson has an annual Czech Festival the last weekend of July which is fun (for local flavor). Wilson is on old US 40 which parallels I-70. Kansas is a nice place to visit. You know the rest of the saying.

*Wilson, KS - Czech Festival
