Rollin' out into Silicon Valley rush hour? FUN!

Just you and your sister-in-law? Or are their kids traveling with you too?

Safe travels home. Keep us posted!

Nope it's just me. I'm on my own. I can make good time that way.
Traffic was nail bitting for a while. It's better now. Gonna get all the miles in I can. I'll keep everyone posted.
This is one HUGE HEAVY TRAILER!!!

I'm in their truck, wishing I was in mine!
My mini Peterbuilt would be handy right now!

Be careful out there and enjoy the trip. I enjoy picking up and doing runs like that every once in a while.

Mr. S

That is a real nice thing that you are doing for your sister. It also sounds like quite an adventure. Wish I was riding shot gun with you. After a trip like that you will have quite a few stories to tell.

Good luck on your trip. Stay safe!

Dan

Rolling into Tucson, AZ
Hmm can't attach the pic. Ok better quit playing before I wreck. I'll try latter.

Ok folks, I've got over 900 miles with out stopping to eat or sleep. I just had a good meal now it's nap time. I'll be back on the road in a couple hours.
Stay tuned....

Erm, hon...stopping to eat and sleep a TAD more often might be advisable.

I may not need to as tomorrow and the next day will do it for me. The race is not to the swift . . . . Being beat up by fatigue is no way to fulfill the obligation. The lousy part is adapting to a discipline that works.

He's young, spry and probably still on SE Asia time. Hopefully he'll sleep longer than he plans and just rolls with it rather than trying to "catch up."
