Silver Queen Campground, Maroon Bells-23'?

We have reservations for Silver Queen Campground on the Maroon Bells road in White Water NF and are questioning if the site will accommodate our new 23' + Tundra Crewmax. Total length when hitched is about 44'.

The question is that when making reservations on it asks for PRIMARY EQUIPMENT (selection: trailer), then LENGTH, maximum 30 (input: 23) and accepts the reservation. However, when looking at the site details, it states the maximum vehicle length is 30'.

We have stayed there previously in our 19' Bambi with the Tundra and if I remember, it fit ok, with our total length about 40'.

Has anyone camped there with something larger than a 19' or can offer advice on this driveway length vs. "primary equipment" interpretation?

I literally drove right by the entrance 2 days ago. I wasn't camping but was on the lookout for campgrounds. First of all, let me say that I think that campground is in the most beautiful place in the world. Just gorgeous. Super high elevation.
It did appear to be tight. I did see that there were several pop up campers and at least one class C down as I drove by. My suspicion is that you can unhitch and slip your tv in tight.
I would call the campground and specifically ask. I'll bet it will work.
I saw numerous airstreams traveling up and down 82 last week. A couple were vintage and polished up!
Btw, this view will be about 5 minutes from your campground. The hike at maroon bells is stunning. We saw moose, mule deer, and all sorts of amazing wildlife. I've been 3 times (not camping) and would go again tomorrow. Click image for larger version

Many Thanks for your reply!

It is indeed spectacular. Only 5 spaces that can be reserved and the sixth is walk-up tent camping, though I think it has a decent driveway.

I will call the forest service office in Aspen tomorrow and see what they say. sometimes these agencies are not particularly helpful, but it is worth a try.

thanks again,
