We covered the window guards with 16 mil clear plastic but that only lasted until the first rain when we crossed the border going into BC. When it got wet air somehow got under the clear plastic and it started to peel off. We pulled over and removed all of it. The Solexx did not have that problem and we only had to reinforce the gaffer tape (on the bottom mostly) from time to time.

Thanks, looks like it fits on pretty well. Not a huge job to get it on there, right?

You do a little measuring, trace some outlines on the plastic and cut, and VOILA!

Might need two of you to tape it on...
