RV campgrounds around Daytona Beach, Fl ??

In Feb. we plan to head south to Florida and stay for a few days in the Daytona Bch area. Can anyone recommend a RV / campground in the area for a 3 night stay ???? No special needs required. 2 adults, no pets, no kids.

Any and all suggestions welcome.

Thanks all, in advance

International RV Park is great. We stay there during race events. Nice large sites.

Tomoka State Park is nice if you like to get out on the water. I believe they rent canoes and kayaks and the surrounding creeks are lovely to explore. It is actually in Ormond Beach just north of Daytona.

There are several good campgrounds right in Daytona Beach, subject to the caution that they jack up their rates sky high when there are major events going on at the speedway.

One that we rather like and have stayed at more than once is the Clark Family Campground near Orange City. Clark Family Campground - Home

It's economical, nice, and a down-home-friendly sort of place. Our favorite spot is a pull-through space next to the goat pasture. The goats are quiet neighbors and, surprisingly, get along fine with our three dogs.

if you are looking for a little privacy and less noise than the daytona area, i agree with Rollster - Tomoka St. Park. we've stayed there a few times.

and it's not that far a drive to daytona.

Daytona beach area early June

We are going to a wedding in early June and need 2-3 nites. This is the only info I could find and it is 3 years old. Can anyone offer me something more current? Would prefer somewhere with some shade and possibly not parked on top of each other. Private campground is ok.
Thanks

International RV Park is nice. Not much shade, though. It is right off 95.

The Deland/Orange KOA is 20 miles away. It has nice shady spots. I camped their several times during bike week.

I vote for the RV park near the intersection of I-95 and Hwy.1. Sunshine Holiday/Encore park.
I went there from Tampa to escape hurricane Charlie. Large open spaces, some trees, very clean and nice. If you're into Harley's, the largest dealer in the world is nearby. Bruce Rossmeyer's HD. He's built a theme mini town with restaurants, shops and nightlife.
My second choice would be International (as others mentioned).
Very sandy, expensive if these's anything at the track.

Be aware that Daytona is different than Daytona BEACH. I'd avoid the beach. It's too touristy, and sand blows everywhere. Not sure if there's any campgrounds anyway. (there is Tamoka state park north of Ormand)

If you don't mind a bit of a drive, Deland is nice, as mentioned.

I'm staying at the Cackleberry RV park for Alumaflamingo this week. It's great to be parked next to so many other Airstreams. But my site has no sewer, only 30 amp, and no shade. But it's cheap. Easy access to Daytona and I95.

Down Tomoka Farm road? It must be close to the famous "Cabbage Patch", known for cole slaw wrestling during Bike Week. As well as alligator wrestling, wall of death, smoky burnout contests, etc.

They used to run a Japanese bike up the flagpole with the throttle wide open and the bikers would applaud when the engine blew up! One year it didn't blow up no matter how long they abused it, so they drained the oil and sent it back up.
Memorable.
