recommendations for I-95?
Any place on I-95 between let's say Brunswick,Ga. and Charleston?
EZ on-off, water and electric. I'm just spending the night, not looking to tour.
I'm tempted to try Cracker Barrel, but a nice campground would be desirable.
Allstays shows a lot of places, but I thought you might have a favorite.

We’re going to try Camp Lake Jasper near Hardeeville, South Carolina on October 29. Looks nice and we just need one night on the way through to Florida.

We're staying at WalMart tonight after a fruitless search of the Savannah area. All booked.

Good Campground - Brunswick, GA
Hi,
We have stayed here twice on our way down to Canopener. Really nice place with full hook-ups, clean bathhouse, and is quiet but very convenient to I-95. Coastal Georgia RV Resort - Brunswick, GA. is a Good Sam Park. Very good for an overnight stay, easy access from I-95 and a couple of RV friendly gas/diesel at the exit off I-95.

There's a campground or two at almost every exit along there.
There's a KOA at the last GA exit, #1. They advertise as Jacksonville/St Mary's, but they are actually in GA. It's easy off easy on, but nothing special about it. I've stayed there a couple times.

We stated here in Sept 2012. Nice campground, tho small. Best bathrooms/showers we've ever seen (as of 5 years ago). Tybee is a tourist destination, so keep that in mind. Also watch parking in "town", just down the road about a mile.

I recommend Blythe Island Regional Park. It is a very nice county park about three miles off interstate in Brunswick. Large sites, many of them pull through, with lots of privacy. Full hookups.

Do not try-went by a few hours ago-entrance blocked probably to recover from Irma.

Was it after hours? I think they close the gate at 6pm but you can get code if you have reservations. I looked on website and didn't see any notice it was closed but definitely worth a call to confirm and reservations are needed for late arrivals.

We drove by about 4 PM this past Sunday. Gates definitely closed. I would try calling before planning a stay there. Several places still closed due to damage and cleanup after Hurricane Irma. Crooked River State Park in St. Marys, GA is still closed, but there are two commercial campgrounds at Exit 1 that are open - one is a Good Sam member. And, Golden Isles in Brunswick was open. I've never been but Coastal Georgia Unit often has rallies there.
