Recently got a 2009 19' International. My wife and daughter are out in it right now. She calls with this problem: none of the outlets marked as GFI protected are working. I assumed all she'd have to do is find the outlet with the actual GFI test and reset buttons--but she can't.

Isn't resetting the GFI circuit the solution?
If so, where is the reset on the 19' International?
If not, what is the solution?

hi- not sure what your asking. she can't find it or she can't reset it?
all GFI breakers should have a test button on it's face. when pushing this button the breaker should partially trip, then all you have to do is continue pushing lever all the way left then back to right and it's reset.
if lever wont reset to the right that usually shows a problem in circuit that it's protecting, providing the breaker itself is good. hope this helps.

Yes, resetting the GFCI should solve the problem. Unless it trips again immediately, then you need to start unplugging things. The GFCI may be a circuit breaker instead of an outlet. Both have been used in airstreams from what I've read - not sure if there was a switch-over year from GFCI outlets to circuit breakers. Do you know where the circuit breakers are? If none of the circuit breakers are tripped, then continue to look for the GFCI outlet. Logical places are in the galley, bathroom, and the outside outlet. Of course, logical doesn't always work...

Hard to believe a GFI would fail so early on unless a short exists.

GFCI's are sometimes sensitive and trip easily. It sounds like the breaker has tripped. Airstream uses a GFCI breaker in the box as opposed to in the individual outlet. Tell your wife to go to the fuse/breaker box and reset the GFCI breaker switch. It may appear to be set, but it must be switched off and back on to reset the circuit. If it will not reset, there is an electrical problem.

This switch is located on the breaker panel with the 12 volt fuses. It generally has a black metal cover with louvers on it and is about 12" by 10". They are in different places on different models. Lucy's is under the the bed.

It looks like the photos below. The 110 volt breaker on the right is the GFCI.
