GFCI's are sometimes sensitive and trip easily. It sounds like the breaker has tripped. Airstream uses a GFCI breaker in the box as opposed to in the individual outlet. Tell your wife to go to the fuse/breaker box and reset the GFCI breaker switch. It may appear to be set, but it must be switched off and back on to reset the circuit. If it will not reset, there is an electrical problem.
This switch is located on the breaker panel with the
12 volt fuses. It generally has a black metal cover with louvers on it and is about 12" by 10". They are in different places on different models. Lucy's is under the the bed.
It looks like the photos below. The 110 volt breaker on the right is the GFCI.
