We've been on the road for two weeks in our 58 Overlander. Our first trip of more than a few days. Our list if wants and needs has been added to on this trip.
Spent a week in Death Valley at the simple but serviceable Stovepipe Wells campground while exploring and photographing landscapes and the rather intense night skies. Then over to Vegas for a week while I attended a photographers conference. While in Vegas we stayed at the Nellis AFB RV park. Really quite a nice place, everyone is so friendly everything clean, nice landscaping . The dogs enjoyed the fenced dog run. We even got to see the Thunderbirds practicing I would highly recommend it if you have military ID and can get on base.
Heading back up I-5 now after driving up 95 and crossing towards CA from Reno. And put in for the night at a rest stop. If only that truck next to us would shut off his engine!
