Porky and Big Dee meet in Eugene, OR

Imagine my surprise when Big Dee and I discovered we were camping just a few spaces from each other in Eugene.

We had a great visit .. talking the usual guy stuff ... Airstreams, Hensley hitches, beer and quantum physics.

Big Dee is heading over to the coast .. to Florence this morning. We are headed up to Albany/Corvallis on Monday.

As for the shirt ... Petunia and I bought a matching set to wear to the Oregon Country Fair .... probably the oldest counterculture ... alternative lifestyle fair in the world. This event has been held for over 30 years ... and still going strong.

You wouldn't believe the photos I have of some of the folks who attended this event ...I would post them ... but this is a family site.

Tie Dye shirts are sort of the daily uniform in Eugene. The last shirt I owned like this was back in '69.
