platform bike rack

Has anyone had any luck using the newer platform type bike racks off a receiver mounted to the frame on the back of the camper? I have a 2005 25ft safari. I only need to carry 2 bikes. The receiver was on the camper when I bought it. Thanks in advance for imput!

I think the popular consensus is the the back of the trailer is not designed to carry the weight of any load. The older the rig more so.

do a search on bike racks. you will find a thread or two that discuss the weight limits of the bumper. they weren't much. my plan is to drill the brush guard on my TV to add bike rack arms and put our 2 bikes up front.
