Parking near Greenville SC

We're trying to find either a campground near Greenville that can access public transportation to get into town (even a cab), or a location close enough to town that we can dry camp for two nights. We just want to see a performance at the Peace Center and use our interstate so that we don't have to move into a hotel for two nights. Any suggestions? Thanks!
