I have two herniated discs and a fractured back. Not sure how any of it happened, but being treated and getting better with a very good chiropractor. What he says is mandatory and people, really anyone, but for people over 55 is to stop every two hours get out and walk around for just a couple of minutes, the more the better and by so doing relieves the pressure off the discs and subsequent leg pain. We tried it without the AS this past weekend with great results. It's a pain to stop every two ours but better than arriving tired and ache all over.

Leaving today for a weekend excursion. Eight hours at the office and then let the fun begin.
I'm calling it, Spring has sprung into life. Winter is dead. Let the camping season begin!!!

We're still buried in the snow although the roads are finally clean and bare. Maple syrup time is here as days are above freezing. Camping is still a distant dream but it's coming.

Still a month away for us here in Rhode Island. Have a ten week trip planned out west starting in June . Have weekend trips planned starting a month from today . Sadly ,since New Year's Eve the airstream has been in storage .Have fun.

Roads are bare for now but tomorrow and the next four days were getting more snow maybe 3" I guess we will have to wait another three weeks or so.��
