Oregon to BC

Hi,

We are leaving for a 9 day trip tonight. We have our First two nights at La Wis Wis campground near Rainier NP. Our next reservation is two nights at Golden Ears PP, two nights at Nairn Falls PP, and finally two nights at the new McMenamins hotel in Bothell, WA.

We have one night in the trip without a reservation between La Wis Wis and Golden Ears and need advice for where to stay. So, any suggestions of where to stay near the Canadian and US border? Blaine, WA, Abbotsford, BC, White Rock, BC, Walnut Grove, BC?

We prefer dry camping.

Thanks!

Mike

You might try Ft Langley RV on Brae Island in Ft Langley BC. Kind of a neat town nearby. It is a full service RV park however. Border crossing has been quicker for us than crossing at I5

We stayed at Chilliwack Lake PP. We crossed the border at Abbotsford. It's dry camping and a little ways off of Hwy 1. Our only complaint that the campground wasn't closer to the lake.
