On the road repair

Got a nice water leak through the a/c from the rains. We are in the Monroe,WA area leaving tomorrow for Birch Bay in upper Washington. Looking for RV repair along the way. Camping World is booked up. Anyone know of a RV dealer in our direction. We have limited computer access but can be reached on cell 210-860-6006 (Joe). Would like to get it fixed before we encounter any additional rain.

I thought I had an AC leak in my '86 Sovereign 25' but it turned out to be the television antenna rubber seal around the electrical cord going into the base. It had shifted so that water was dripping down the opening. I repositioned the seal further down to seat it and the dripping stopped. My antenna is right behind the AC so the water followed the ceiling and into the AC.

It might also be that your mounting bolts for the AC are loose and all they need is a little tightening.

Hello,

I am not particularly familiar with that area and where you might find an Airstream dealer. Did a quick google search and none appears to be in the area you are traveling. Found a couple of RV dealers.... might see if they can help you out... or maybe you can get supplies and make the repairs yourself. It will rain, hey, it is the Northwest!

Vacationland RV Sales
1400 Iowa St.
Bellingham, WA (360) 734-5112‎

Coastal RV
7060 Enterprise Road
Ferndale, WA (360) 384-0456‎

There are a number of different RV dealers listed in British Columbia that are near there...

Good luck finding something! There is a Airstream dealer in Eugene, Oregon about a day's drive south of you.

The only Airstream dealership in Western Washington is Great American RV in Fife, near Tacoma.

You might try contacting the businesses CaddyGrn mentioned, and another option (south of you) is Evergreen RV in Shoreline.

Good luck and we'll keep our fingers crossed that the rain holds off until you can get this fixed!

I'm partial to Evergreen RV. Good luck!
There is another Camping World up in the Burlington area too.
