I'm bummed already.

What do you do when you're "off the road" for an extended period of time?

I plan on moping, going stir crazy and planning for next year. Good suggestions :-)

As for the two-climate plan - that's ideal. Here's my plan for getting there:

1) win powerball
2) buy small plot on a lake in a warm climate for November through March months
3) buy small plot on lake in New England for April though October months
4) use these for home bases between year round camping trips across the country

Any flaws in this plan from your perspective? :-)
