Question NPR stations

Could some of you share what states or areas within a state have some cool/good NPR stations?

I've found WY to play alot of funky off-beat music that's really enjoyable.

Lenoir City near Knoxville had some cool jazz stuff last July, and Amarillo, Texas last year had some 40's western music.

They play some good stuff, especially in the evenings, a whole spectrum of jazz, funky stuff during the day too...

ditto, if the content (music) wasn't so good i wouldn't even listen.

but then, it is always good to know what the other side is up to.

Classical

I wasn't clear that I'm interested in day-time music that's off beat and interesting. So as I'm driving through different states, at least I might have an idea of what's available.

The Orlando NPR station plays classical during the day and the off beat or interesting stuff at night.

My 2 cents-John
