North Beach Camp Resort St Augustine, FL

Greetings

Just got back this week from camping in St Augustine. Yes, even with the tropical storm, we enjoyed ourselves.

The park is great it is very shady. Just about every site has trees shading it. The main office is on A1A highway across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and beach with parking. There are no pads but rough sand is the ground at each site. It was quiet and convenient to town at about 2 miles from the bridge to the mainland. The amenities include a pool, close proximity to two nice seafood restaurants and several options for the to do list. Cost was $55. Considering that was an oceanfront community and nice amenities, it wasn't too bad a price. The pic is driving along the main camp corridor. The camp is gated and the campsites are located off the corridor road in various circles.

We spent 2 nights there in May. Very nice campground and we really enjoyed walking to Aunt Kate's restaurant on the water, having a cold one and watching the sun go down. The food was great as well.
Some sites are close to beach and pool and others are closer to inter coastal waterway.
If you have a boat, a county ramp is one street down.
