Next step: generators?

Ok, I bit the bullet. Bought a couple of Honda EU2000i generators for boondocking. Question: what do you do to protect them in bad weather? Apparently, rainy weather is not a good thing but the dealer had no suggestions! Thoughts?

Mine will fit up under the back end of the truck. Some people will put them in a small tent. I have also seen them in the back of the truck under the cap.

No, they really don't like getting wet. I drowned one of my 2000's at Alumapalooza two years ago. It eventually dried out. You can actually buy a neat little mini-tent for them, which I haven't had to use (of course). IF I'd had it back then, doubtless there wouldn't have been a sea of mud from daily thunderstorms at Jackson Center!

Awesome, tell me more about the tent idea - is there a particular brand I should look into or is this something you just design yourself?
