New "campsite"

As campsites go, this one is very shaded, extremely private, quiet, but short on amenities: no water, no sewer, no electricity.

Actully we are working on the amenities. We bought 50 acres of wooded hillside here in the Ozarks. Construction of a shop/garage/storage building will start this week, so I moved the Airstream up there to have a place to stay. The well is in, the septic system is awaiting county approval, and the electric power will be brought up in about a month.

Oh yes, the new shop building will have a 41 foot long, 12 foot wide shed to park the Airstream under. Finally I will be able to sleep nights when the hail storms roll through!

Mark, as one Missourian to another, "sounds like heaven to me!" One question, til frost, what are you doing for Ozark tick and skeeter control? Just kidding. Your plans sound wonderful, and I am absolutely GREEN with envy about your shed for the AS. Ours sits out, under a tall tree no less, and I cringe with every storm. Best wishes, and I do admire your "temporary quarters!"
